About Geographic Solutions

Technical mining, mapping, market, and permitting support led by Logan Davidson from Bonney Lake, Washington.

Logan Davidson

Aggregate industry experience with GIS, permitting, mine planning, and business analysis.

Geographic Solutions was built to help aggregate operators, landowners, contractors, and investors turn complex site questions into clear decisions. The work combines field experience, GIS, drone mapping, reserve analysis, permitting strategy, and market intelligence.

Instead of treating mapping, permits, reserves, and market value as separate problems, Geographic Solutions connects them. That approach is especially useful for mine expansions, acquisitions, leases, reclamation-plan updates, and sites where the permitted reserve base drives the business case.

Experience includes

  • Managed exploration across thousands of acres of sand, gravel, and igneous aggregate sources.
  • Managed permitting projects that added more than 50 million tons of aggregate reserves.
  • Served as a key team member in the sale of a business with approximately $70 million in annual revenue.
  • Aided in the design of several wash plants, crushing plants, and concrete batch plants.
  • Gathered more than 10 years of aggregate market intelligence through descriptive and predictive maps and reports.
  • Led the acquisition of multiple mining leases and properties with potential reserves exceeding 35 million tons.
  • Developed and led a drone program for inventory, topographic mapping, and mine planning.
  • Developed a GIS program and conducted spatial analysis for a land developer.
